The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’), hereby announces that on 25th October 2018 the Company received from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. – an entity closely associated with the persons discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. with Dominika Kulczyk – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Jacek Głowacki – President of the Management Board, and Michał Michalski – member of the Management Board, a notification of transactions in relation to the Company’s shares, concluded on 25th October 2018, referred to in Art. 19 (1) of the MAR.
