Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 5th October 2012 the Company received a notification in accordance with which, as a result of disposal of the Company shares by Aviva Investors Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty and Aviva Investors Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty (‘Aviva Funds’) on 1st October 2012, Aviva Funds do not hold the Company shares at present. Before the said transaction, Aviva Funds held 1 336 936 shares of the Company, i.e. 6.27% of the Company share capital and of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
