The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. with the registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby reports that today, the Company received a letter of resignation from Mr Robert Nowak from the position of a Member of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was tendered with immediate effect.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies and Paragraph 5.4) of Regulation on Current And Periodical Reporting by Issuers of Securities, the Conditions under which Reporting Required by the Laws of a Non-Member State can be Deemed Equivalent.
