VALUE OF TURNOVER WITH CONTRACTOR

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company was notified that the total value of transactions in terms of wholesale electricity trading between the Company’s subsidiary – Polenergia Obrót S.A. (‘Polenergia Obrót’) and Vattenfall Energy Trading GmbH (‘Vattenfall’), concluded from 8th July 2015, i.e. the day of publication of the last current report (no. 32/2015) regarding the value of transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall, until the day of publication of the following current report, amounted to net PLN 140.717.463,59. This amount includes both the contracted income of Polenergia Obrót, pursuant to the agreements on the sale of electricity to the Vattenfall (net PLN 37.129.328,15), and the contracted costs of Polenergia Obrót arising from the agreements on the purchase of electricity from the Vattenfall (net PLN 103.588.135,44).

Therefore, the total net of turnover between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall exceeded 10% of the Company’s equities.

The value of transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall were generated under the framework agreement concluded on 10 June 2013 between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall, the description of which is contained in the mentioned above current report dated 8 July 2015, no. 32/2015.
