Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that:
1) on 30th August 2012 there were disposed of: (i) 112 shares at PLN 31.24 per share, (ii) 1088 shares at PLN 31.30 per share, and (iii) 800 shares at PLN 31.31 per share;
2) on 31st August 2012 there were disposed of 1000 shares at PLN 31.20 per share.
