Further to current report No. 34/2019 of 9 December 2019, the management board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) reports that on 10 December 2019, the Issuer’s account was credited with the amount of PLN 34,007,412 (thirty-four million, seven thousand, four hundred and twelve Polish zlotys) by way of payment of the price and therefore, the ownership of 50% of shares in MFW Bałtyk I sp. z o.o. passed from the Issuer on to Wind Power AS.
