35/2012 PEP: Sale of shares Polish Energy Partners S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Company has received information according to which the person referred to in Art. 160, item 1, point 1) of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29th July, 2005, sold shares of the Company at the Warsaw Stock Exchange as follows: on 10th August, 2012, 7,861 shares were sold at PLN 31.48 per share and on 13th August, 2012, 2,139 shares were sold at PLN 31.48 per share. In addition, the information received indicated that “the transaction was prompted by liquidity needs of a Supervisory Board Member.”
