In reference to current report No. 52/2018 of 20 December 2018, No. 10/2019 of 5 March 2019, No. 29/2019 of 30 September 2019 and No. 30/2019 of 18 October 2019, the Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 9 December 2019, the Issuer concluded a sale agreement with Wind Power AS of 50% of shares (“Shares”) in the Issuer’s subsidiary, MFW Bałtyk I Sp. z o.o. (“MFW Bałtyk I”).
The property title to Shares will be transferred from the Issuer to Wind Power AS as of the moment of posting the payment of the price on the Issuer’s account and the Issuer shall inform about it in a separate current report.
MFW Bałtyk I is the sole shareholder of Polenergia Bałtyk I S.A., which carries out a construction project of an offshore wind farm on the Baltic Sea.
