The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that in line with the Information of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. 67/2020 of 18 December 2020 on announcement of results of Ordinary Auction No. AZ/8/2020 (“Auction”), the Issuer’s Subsidiaries:
1. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 17 Sp. z o.o. and Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Grabowo Sp. z o.o., developing projects of photovoltaic farms Sulechów II and Sulechów III with a total capacity of 21.549 MWp, won the Auction.
2. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Rudniki Sp. z o.o. developing project of photovoltaic farm Buk I with a total capacity of 6.436 MWp won the Auction.
Thus, the projects received the right to cover the negative balance in reference to the price offered during the Auction for electricity scheduled for generation in a period of 15 years, in line with the provisions of the Act on renewable energy sources of 20 February 2015.
