IMPACT OF SETTLEMENT WITH MONDI ŚWIECIE S.A. ON FINANCIAL RESULTS

In reference to Current Report No. 31/2012, Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘PEP’) hereby provides the attached presentation – in Grupa PEP consolidated profit and loss account and in PEP unit profit and loss account – of the result of acquisition by Mondi Świecie S.A. of all the rights and obligations of the limited partner Saturn Management Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością i Wspólnicy, Spółka Komandytowa and all the shares in Saturn Management Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, under the conditions set out in the Settlement Agreement dated 19th July 2012.
