The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that on 14 December 2020, the Issuer’s subsidiary ˗ Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowa Sarzyna (“ENS”) ˗ took part in the power auction for the year of delivery 2025. In the course of the auction, ENS offered a capacity obligation for the year 2025 in the total amount of 111 MW. ENS, until the end of the auction, did not file an exit offer from the auction. The auction closing price, which ended in the 7th round, is within the range of the maximum price of PLN 207.40 kW per year and the minimum price of PLN 172.86 kW per year.
