In reference to Current Report No. 17/2012, Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 9th July 2012 the Company granted to KSG Agro Polska Sp. z o.o. (‘KSG’) a guarantee for the liabilities of the Company’s subsidiary under the agreement on delivery of biomass from KSG of 29th March 2012 (‘Agreement’), described in detail in the above-mentioned current report. The guarantee applies to the future liabilities towards KSG under the Agreement.
