Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 8th February 2013 the Company received a notification from Pioneer Pekao Investment Management S.A. (‘PPIM’), in accordance with which, as a result of disposal of the Company shares on 4th February 2013, the total number of the Company shares held by all PPIM customers decreased and now amounts to 753 040 shares of the Company, i.e. 3.53% of the Company share capital and of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly. Before the said transaction, those entities held a total of 1 068 040 shares of the Company, i.e. 5.01% of the Company share capital and of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
