Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified on 17th January 2012 that Aviva OFE (‘Aviva’) acquired the Company shares, as a result of which as of 13th January 2012 Aviva holds 2 154 090 shares of the Company, representing 10.11% of the total number of the Company shares and 10.11% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly. Before the said transaction, resulting in an increase of Aviva share in the Company to over 10%, Aviva held 2 109 090 shares of the Company, representing 9.90% of the Company share capital and entitling to 2 109 090 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 9.90% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
