The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Company’) announces that on 17th November 2020 received from the shareholder Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw („Mansa”) a statement in which Mansa, using the power set forth in Article 10.2(a) of the Company’s Articles of Association, appointed Mr Grzegorz Stanisławski to the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 17th November 2020.
Mr Grzegorz Stanisławski declared that: (i) he does not conduct any activity outside the Company that would be competitive towards the activity of the Company, (ii) he is not engaged in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership or partnership, or as a member of a body of a corporation, or as a member of a body of any competitive legal person, as well as (iii) he is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, run pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Information on education, qualifications and the course of professional work of Mr Grzegorz Stanisławski are presented in the appendix hereto.
