Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby secondly announces the planned merger of the Company, as the merging company, and the companies: Neutron sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, GRUPA PEP – Finansowanie Projektów sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw and GRUPA PEP – Uprawy Energetyczne sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, as the merged companies. The merged companies are single-member companies of Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna.
The first notification of shareholders on the intention to merge was announced in the current report nr 25/2016 on October 26, 2016
