Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 5th December 2013 the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company appointed Mr Łukasz Rędziniak as a member of the Supervisory Board and Mr Tomasz Mikołajczak as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
