The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Issuer’) hereby announces that there is a printing error in the Consolidated quarterly report for the 3Q of 2016. The tables from pages 5, 7 and 8 contain the following description: write-down adjusting the development of wind farms. The correct description should be: write-down adjusting the development.
The Management Board of the Company notifies that the above correction has no effect on the financial data. The results presented as at 30th September 2016, the cumulative data for the period 01.01.2016 30.09.2016 as well as the comparative data have not changed.
In the next publication in the Electronic Information Transmission System (ESPI) the Management Board of the Issuer will transmit the corrected quarterly report with the above-described change.
