Mr Dariusz Krawczyk graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed a postgraduate diploma in Value-Based Management in the Warsaw School of Economics as well as in the management and tax colleges. Mr Dariusz Krawczyk held the following positions: 1993–1977 – Office Director in the Capital Operations Centre of Bank Handlowy S.A. 1998–1999 – President of the Board of Directors in Expandia Finance Polska S.A. 1999 – Director for Capital Investments in IV Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny – Progress S.A. 1999–2000 – Director of the Investment Banking Department in PKO BP 2001 – Member of the Board of Directors of Nafta Polska S.A. 2000–2002 – Director of the Department of Corporate Supervision in PKN ORLEN S.A. 2002–2003 – Director of the Capital Investments Department in PSE S.A. 2004–2005 – President of the Board of Directors of PSE – Centrum Sp. z o.o., Member of the Holding Board of PSE 2005–2011 – President of Synthos S.A. (formerly: Zakłady Chemiczne DWORY S.A.), President of Synthos Kralupy a.s., President of Dwory Sp. z o.o., President, Managing Director of FTF Galleon, Luxembourg, President of Energetyka Dwory sp. z o.o. Currently Mr Dariusz Krawczyk holds the following positions: – Member of the Supervisory Board of Ciech S.A. delegated to discharge the duties of the President of the Board of Directors – Member of the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Firekom S.A. – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Active Zone Group S.A.
