Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received a notification in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Zbigniew Prokopowicz, President of the Management Board of the Company), acquired the Company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
As a result of the share acquisition transaction: (i) on 24th June 2015 520 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.7038 per share, (ii) on 25th June 2015 520 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.9481 per share, (iii) on 26th June 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 26.0890 per share, (iv) on 29th June 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.8249 per share, and (v) on 30th June 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.6672 per share.
