RESUME OF ZOFIA DZIK

Polish Energy Partners S.A. hereby publishes the resume of the newly appointed Member of the Supervisory Board, Ms Zofia Dzik. Ms Zofia Dzik is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, University of Illinois in Chicago, University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw and Executive Programs in INSEAD Business School, she is also MBA of Manchester Business School and a certified member of the Association for Project Management (APMP). In the years 1995–2003 she worked as a consultant in Andersen Business Consulting. From 2003 engaged in Intouch Insurance Group (t present: RSA), where in the years 2004–2007 she performed a function of the President of the Board of Directors of TU LINK4 S.A., whereas in the years 2007–2009 a function of a Member of the Board of Directors of Intouch Insurance B.V. in the Netherlands and the CEO for East-Central Europe of Intouch Insurance Group. She was in charge of development of new markets – she was the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: TU Link4 S.A. and Direct Insurance Shared Services Center in Poland, Intouch Strachowanie in Russia and Direct Pojistovna in the Czech Republic, as well as the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TU na Życie Link4 Life S.A. In the years 2006–2008 a Member of the Board of Directors of the Polish Insurance Association. In the years 2007–2010 a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Insurance Guarantee Fund. At present she is a the President of the Board of Directors of Fundacja Humanites – Sztuka Wychowania and a Member of the Supervisory Boards of the companies: TU Link4 S.A., ERBUD S.A. and KOPEX S.A. Ms Zofia Dzik is not engaged in any activity competitive towards the Company and does not conduct any activities in competitive companies as a member of a body of a company or as a partner in a civil partnership or partnership. Ms Zofia Dzik is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
