Referring to current report No 3/2020 of 30 January 2020 (“Current Report”), the Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs the public that the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2020, as provided in the Current Report, has been changed.
The consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2020 will be published on 5 November 2020.
legal basis: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required under the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
