DECISIONS OF PRESIDENT OF ENERGY REGULATORY OFFICE CONCERNING ADJUSTMENTS FOR 2018 FOR POLENERGIA ELEKTROCIEPŁOWNIA NOWA SARZYNA SP. Z O.O.

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Issuer’) hereby announces to have been notified that on 30th July 2019 the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna sp. z o.o. (‘Polenergia ENS’), received decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (‘ERO President’) regarding the costs of consumption of collected natural gas and costs of uncollected natural gas for 2018 owed to Polenergia ENS under the Act of 29 June 2007 on coverage of costs incurred by generators in relation to early termination of long-term power and electricity sales contracts (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1571, as amended).

Furthermore, the Management Board of the Issuer announces a decision issued for Polenergia ENS by the ERO President regarding the annual adjustment of stranded costs for 2018.

The sum of the above-mentioned annual adjustments set for Polenergia ENS for 2018 amounts to approx. PLN 39.8 million. The Issuer considers these amounts as indisputable.
