Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna seated in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 13th July 2018 the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed five members of the Supervisory Board of the Company, i.e. Ms. Dominika Kulczyk, Ms. Marta Schmude-Olczak, Mr. Hans Schweickardt, Mr. Kajetan D’Obyrn and Mr. Michał Kawa.
The newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board made a statement declaring that: (i) they do not conduct any activity outside the Company that would be competitive towards the activity of the Company, (ii) they are not engaged in any competitive company as partners in a civil law partnership or partnership, or as members of a body of a corporation, or as members of a body of any competitive legal person, as well as (iii) they are not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
Information on education, qualifications and the course of professional work of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board are presented in the appendix hereto.
