Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby announces the planned merger of the Company, as the merging company, and the companies: Neutron sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, GRUPA PEP – Finansowanie Projektów sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw and GRUPA PEP – Uprawy Energetyczne sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, as the merged companies. The merged companies are single-member companies of Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna.
The planned merger is aimed in particular at simplifying the structure of the capital group of the Company, which is expected to result in maintaining as its members only entities with clearly assigned and not overlapping functions. The merger will simplify decision-making and organizational processes within the Company’s capital group. It also aims to reduce the operating costs.
