APPOINTMENT OF THE CERTIFIED AUDITOR

“Polish Energy Partners” Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’), hereby informs that on 15th May 2012 the Supervisory Board, in compliance with the binding provisions of law and professional standards, appointed KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (at ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warsaw), recorded in the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under No. 428, as the certified auditor to review the Company’s financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of Grupa Kapitałowa for the period ended on 30th June 2012, and to audit the Company’s financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of Grupa Kapitałowa for the period ended on 31st December 2012. KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. provided services to the Company in 2011 in terms of review of the Company’s financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of Grupa Kapitałowa for the period ended on 30th June 2011 and audit the Company’s financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of Grupa Kapitałowa for the period ended on 31st December 2011.

KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. świadczyła w 2011 roku na rzecz Spółki usługi w zakresie przeglądu sprawozdania finansowego Spółki oraz skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Kapitałowej za okres kończący się 30 czerwca 2011 roku oraz badania sprawozdania finansowego Spółki oraz skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Kapitałowej za rok obrotowy kończący się 31 grudnia 2011.
