Polenergia SA (‘Company’) hereby announces to have been notified on 17th September 2014 that as a result of the registration of the Company’s share capital increase, as described in Current Report No. 22/2014, Generali OFE share in the Company decreased.
At present, Generali OFE holds 2 943 731 shares of the Company, entitling to 2 943 731 votes at the Company’s General Assembly, representing 6.48% of the total number of the Company’s shares and 6.48% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Assembly.
Prior to the change in its share in the Company, Generali OFE held 2 943 731 shares of the Company, entitling to 2 943 731 votes at the Company’s General Assembly, representing 13.81% of the then total number of the Company’s shares and 13.81% of the then total number of votes at the Company’s General Assembly.
