The Management Board of Polenergia SA (“Company”) hereby informs that on June 25, 2019 obtained information about the registration, on June 18, 2019 by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register, changes to the Company’s Statute adopted by the resolution no. 31 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company as of April 17, 2019 (made public by the Company in the current report no. 20/2019 dated April 17, 2019 r.).
