Polenergia S.A. (“Company”) is announcing that on the 29 May 2015 the Company received a notification that ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny („ING”) acquired 2,576,969 of shares of the Company, authorizing ING to 2,576,969 votes on the General Meeting, constituting 5.67% of the total amount of the shares and 5.67% of the total number of votes on the General Meeting of the Company.
According to the above notification ING did not hold any shares of the Company before the above acquisition.
