SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER RESIGNATIONS

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. seated in Warsaw (‘Company’), acting pursuant to Art. 56 (1) of the Act of 29^th July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies (Journal of Laws 2018.512, i.e. of 12^th March 2018), hereby announces that 6^th July 2018 it received resignations from position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Resignations were submitted by Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak, Mr. Łukasz Rędziniak, Mr. Dominik Libicki, Mr. Mariusz Nowak and Mr. Dawid Jakubowicz.

All of the above persons resigned from their functions of members of the Supervisory Board with effect from 12^th July 2018.
