Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘PEP’) hereby notifies that on 30th April 2012 Saturn Management Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością i Wspólnicy, Spółka Komandytowa (‘SM’) submitted to Mondi Świecie S.A. (‘Mondi’) a calculation of the strike price of the so-called Voluntary Call Option in the amount of PLN 172 441 219 (‘Price’). Therefore, on 30th April 2012 PEP issued and submitted to Mondi an invoice for the Price and expects it to be paid by Mondi. The price payment is a condition for effective exercising of the Voluntary Call Option and transfer to Mondi of all rights and obligations of the limited partner SM and and shares in Saturn Management Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
