Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces the dates scheduled for submitting of periodical reports for 2011:
– the consolidated quarterly report of PEP S.A. Capital Group for 1st quarter of 2011 – the delivery date: 5th May 2011,
– the consolidated half-yearly report accompanied by the abbreviated half-yearly financial report for 1st half-year of 2011 – the delivery date: 11th August 2011,
– the consolidated quarterly report of PEP S.A. Capital Group for 3rd quarter of 2011 – the delivery date: 3rd November 2011,
– the yearly report for 2011 – the delivery date: 16th February 2012,
– the consolidated yearly report for 2011 – the delivery date: 16th February 2012.
The Company also declares the public disclosure of consolidated quarterly reports for 2011, presenting the quarterly financial results.
