The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 17th April 2019 the Ordinary General Meeting appointed new members of the Supervisory Board, i.e. Mr. Orest Nazaruk, Mr. Adrian Dworzyński and Mr. Brian Bode.
The newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board made statements declaring that: (i) they do not conduct any activity outside the Company that would be competitive towards the activity of the Company, (ii) they are not engaged in any competitive company as partners in a civil law partnership or partnership, or as members of a body of a corporation, or as members of a body of any competitive legal person, as well as (iii) they are not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, run pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Information on education, qualifications and the course of professional work of the newly appointed members of the Supervisory Board are presented in the appendices hereto.
