Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 14th May 2015 the Supervisory Board, in compliance with the binding provisions of law and professional standards, appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (at Al. Armii Ludowej 14), recorded in the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under No. 144, as an entity to:
1) review the Company’s financial statement and the Company’s consolidated financial statement for the period ending on 30th June 2015, and to audit the Company’s financial statement and the Company’s consolidated financial statement for the period ending on 31st December 2015,
2) review the Company’s financial statement and the Company’s consolidated financial statement for the period ending on 30th June 2016, and to audit the Company’s financial statement and the Company’s consolidated financial statement for the period ending on 31st December 2016,
3) review the Company’s financial statement and the Company’s consolidated financial statement for the period ending on 30th June 2017, and to audit the Company’s financial statement and the Company’s consolidated financial statement for the period ending on 31st December 2017.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. did not provide any services to the Company, apart from the audit of the regulatory reports connected with Art. 44d of the Act on Energy Law, prepared by Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o.
