Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified that on 30th September 2013 Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny BZ WBK (‘Aviva OFE’) acquired the Company shares, as a result of which Aviva OFE increased its share in the total number of votes by at least 2% of the total number of votes, and notified the Company that:
1) before the settlement of the said transaction, as at 2nd October 2013, Aviva OFE held 2 956 828 shares of the Company, representing 13.87% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 2 956 828 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 13.87% of the total number of votes.
2) after the settlement of the said transaction, as at 3rd October 2013, Aviva OFE holds 3 032 691 shares of the Company, representing 14.23% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 3 032 691 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 14.23% of the total number of votes.
Before the said transaction Aviva OFE held 2 583 346 shares of the Company, representing 12.12% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 2 583 346 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 12.12% of the total number of votes.
