Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘PEP’) hereby informs that on 3rd April 2012 the General Assembly of PEP appointed as members of the Supervisory Board the following persons:
1) Ms Zofia Dzik,
2) Mr Dariusz Krawczyk,
3) Mr Marek Gabryjelski.
Moreover, the General Assembly of PEP appointed Mr Marek Gabryjelski as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PEP.
