Polenergia SA (‘Company’) hereby announces that on June 16, 2016 a transaction of the sale of the Zakrzów Project was finalized, i.e. the sale of energy assets consisting of EC Zakrzów and 2 SPV. DP System Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Łodź is the purchaser of the Project. The total value of the transaction is approx. PLN 6 000 000.
