VALUE OF TURNOVER WITH VATTENFALL

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company was notified that the total value of transactions in terms of wholesale electricity trading between the Company’s subsidiary – Polenergia Obrót S.A. (‘Polenergia Obrót’) – and Vattenfall Energy Trading GmbH (‘Vattenfall’), concluded from 30th November 2015, i.e. the date of publication of the latest Current Report (No. 40/2015) regarding the value of transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall, till the date of publication of this Current Report, amounted to net PLN 123 308 031.71. This amount includes both the contracted income of Polenergia Obrót, pursuant to the agreements on the sale of electricity to Vattenfall (net PLN 73 399 594.59), and the contracted costs of Polenergia Obrót arising from the agreements on the purchase of electricity from Vattenfall (net PLN 49 908 437.12).

Therefore, the total net value of transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall exceeded 10% of the Company’s equities.

The Company hereby announces that the transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall were generated on the basis of the framework agreement of 10th June 2013 concluded between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall, the description of which is contained in the above-mentioned Current Report No. 40/2015 dated 30th November 2015.
