Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified that on 26th August 2013 Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny BZ WBK (‘Aviva OFE’) acquired the Company shares, as a result of which Aviva OFE holds 2 583 346 shares of the Company, representing 12.12% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 2 583 346 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. (as of the transaction date) 12.12% of the total number of votes.
Before the said transaction Aviva OFE held 2 576 703 shares of the Company, representing 12.09% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 2 576 703 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 12.09% of the total number of votes.
