The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 29 May 2020, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 Sp. z o.o. (“Wind Farm”), concluded, with a consortium composed of ELECTRUM Sp. z o.o. and “P.U. JAREX” Sp. z o.o. (“Consortium”), an agreement pertaining on construction of Dębsk Wind Farm with a total maximum installed capacity of 121 MW (“Agreement”).
The Agreement refers to performance, by the Consortium for the benefit of the Wind Farm, of comprehensive assembly, electric engineering work and necessary construction work on the 30/110 kV electrical station with medium voltage, high voltage and optical fibre network for the needs of construction of Dębsk Wind Farm.
The agreement is considered significant on account of the fact that its total value is within 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
Legal basis: Art. 17(1) of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Journal of Laws of the European Union L of 2014, No. 173, p. 1 as amended).
