Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘PEP’) hereby informs that on 20th March 2012 PEP filed a complaint for annulment of the award of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce of 10th February 2012 (‘Award’), issued on the petition filed by Mondi Świecie S.A. The legal basis of PEP’s complaint is a plea of discrepancy between the award and fundamental principles of the Polish legal order (the so-called public order clause).
