The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. in Warsaw (“Issuer”) on 14 March 2019 received information about issue, by Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Gdańsk, for MFW Bałtyk III Sp. Z o.o., where the Issuer holds 50% of shares, of decisions on environmental determinants (“Decision”).
The Decision pertains to the construction of off-shore transmission infrastructure for electric energy, connecting the planned electric power stations on the sea with the National Power System.
The total capacity which will be transferred from the off-shore wind farms with the use of the infrastructure described in detail in the Decision amounts to 1440 MW.
Legal basis: Art. 17.1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Journal of Laws of the European Union of 2014, No. 173, item 1 as amended).
