In reference to Current Reports No. 11/2013 and 12/2013, Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 7th August 2013 the Company granted to Siemens Sp. z o.o. (‘Siemens’) a guarantee for (i) the liabilities of Grupa PEP – Farma Wiatrowa 1 Sp. z o.o. under the agreement referred to in the Company’s Current Report No. 12/2013, and (ii) the liabilities of Grupa PEP – Farma Wiatrowa 6 Sp. z o.o. under the agreement referred to in the Company’s Current Report No. 11/2013.
