Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby informs that on March 24, 2016 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr. Dominik Libicki, Mr. Mariusz Nowak, Mr. Arkadiusz Jastrzębski and Mrs. Dagmara Gorzelana-Królikowska as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
