Polenergia S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 4th January 2016 two framework agreements on sale of property rights resulting from certificates of origin of electricity from renewable energy sources (‘Agreements’) between Certyfikaty Sp. z o.o. – the Company’s subsidiary (‘Certyfikaty’) – and Eolos Polska Sp. z o.o. were terminated (expired). The Agreements were terminated by virtue of the relevant provisions thereof. The termination of Agreements does not entail financial implications for Certyfikaty.
