Changes in the Management Board of POLENERGIA S.A.

We would like to inform you that today the Supervisory Board of Polenergia S.A. appointed Adam Purwin to the Company’s Management Board as the President of the Management Board, Andrzej Filip Wojciechowski as Vice-President for development, including offshore investments of key importance to the company, Piotr Tomasz Sujecki, Member of the Management Board for financial matters, and Łukasz Buczyński, Member of the Management Board for operational matters. The appointments will come into force on January 1st, 2025, when the new term of office of the Company’s Management Board begins.

Adam Purwin – for recent months he has supervised the implementation of the development strategy of Polenergia, in particular in the area of the investment program. An experienced manager performing management and consulting functions on the domestic and foreign markets. An expert in the field of obtaining financing for investments. In the past, he was responsible, among others, for supervising the privatizations of companies from the transport sector, and led projects for international institutions in the field of investment banking.

Andrzej Filip Wojciechowski – an expert in the field of business transformation, in particular building strategies aimed at increasing value, managing the implementation of key growth factors, changes in business models, building financing, crisis management, as well as building and developing teams. He gained experience in European companies operating in various industries.

Piotr Tomasz Sujecki – is an expert in financing large infrastructure projects. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions in large corporations in the telecommunications and energy industries. He was responsible, among others, for the largest fibre optic network construction programme on the Polish market and providing financing for this project. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in finance and banking and graduated from MBA studies at the Université du Québec in Montreal.

Łukasz Buczyński – graduated from the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering at the Bialystok University of Technology and MBA studies at Leon Kozminski University. He specializes in the management and maintenance of assets in the renewable energy industry. In recent years, he was responsible for the technical supervision over wind farms of one of the leading green energy producers on the Polish market.
