The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 9 February 2023, the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Obrót 2 Sp. z o.o., developing the Strzelino photovoltaic farm project with a total installed capacity of 45.2 MWp (“Project”) – entered into an agreement with JINKO SOLAR (CHUZHOU) CO. LTD (“Supplier”) on supplies of photovoltaic modules for the needs of the Project (“Agreement”).
The Agreement encompasses sale of photovoltaic modules produced by the Supplier in a quantity required for Project performance. The terms of the Agreement do not differ from the standard market terms for the agreements of this type. Its provisions refer in particular to: obligations of the parties, remuneration and terms of settlement, liability, including limitation of liability, defect removal guarantee with respect to the delivered modules. The Agreement does not include delivery of inverters. The Agreement is going to be performed until September 2023.
The value of the Agreement amounts to approx. EUR 10 million.
