Sulechów II Project

The administrative procedure for issuing the environmental decision for Sulechów II was carried out by the competent authorities, i.e. the Mayor of Sulechów. In the course of the administrative procedure, the State Sanitary Inspector, the State Water Management Company Wody Polskie and the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection (RDOS) in Gorzów Wielkopolski were asked for an opinion in the proceedings. It was found that there was no need to conduct an environmental impact assessment for the planned project.

The procedure ended with the issuance of a decision on environmental conditions (document no. GKR.6220.17.2018.MG issued on 18 October 2018) permitting for the construction and installation of thirteen photovoltaic farms with a capacity of up to 1 MW each together with the necessary technical infrastructure, with staging. The Company implemented the project consisting of twelve photovoltaic farms in accordance with the building permits obtained. Construction lasted from June 2021 to January 2022. The investment received an occupancy permit in April 2022.

The construction contractor was P&Q. The Contract Engineer service during the investment was provided by Bilfinger Tebodin Poland. The domestic share of manufacturers in the supply chain exceeded 50 percent.
