Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) announces that on 17th March 2010 the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, acquired the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction:
– on 8th March 2010 there were acquired: (i) 1 500 shares at PLN 36.00 per share, (ii) 1 500 shares at PLN 36.50 per share,
– on 12th March 2010 there were acquired 2 000 shares at PLN 36.60 per share.
