Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received a notification in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments (Zbigniew Prokopowicz, President of the Management Board of the Company), acquired the Company’s shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction: (i) on 1st July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.8404 per share, (ii) on 2nd July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 25.5067 per share, (iii) on 3rd July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 26.0890 per share, (iv) on 29th June 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 26.0890 per share, and (v) on 6th July 2015 1 000 shares of the Company were acquired at an average price of PLN 26.2540 per share.
